Conditions of Admission 2026/2027

  • (North Ismailia Administration – Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus) announces the opening of applications for Baby Class for the academic year 2026 / 2027.
  • Applications start on Thursday, 02/04/2026, and end on Monday, 27/04/2026.
  • The child’s age must not be less than 4 years and must not exceed 4 years, 11 months, and 29 days as of 01/10/2026.
  • Both parents must hold a university degree.
  • At least one parent must be proficient in English.
  • The child and parents must successfully pass the personal interview.
  • All data must be entered accurately, and the Submit button must be clicked at the end of the form. Please wait until the upload is complete and the message “Your application is under review” appears.
  • The original computerized birth certificate must be presented on the interview day.
  • A valid copy of the national ID for both parents must be uploaded.
  • Copies of the parents’ university degrees (clear and certified) must be uploaded.
  • A recent utility bill (electricity or gas) must be presented on the interview day as proof of residence.
  • For parents working abroad: copies of (passport – visa – residency) must be submitted along with a signed and stamped approval letter.
  • In special family cases: a custody document and divorce certificate must be provided.
  • Parents must regularly check the website and email to track the application status and book the interview appointment.
  • Interview booking will be available from April 30, 2026 to May 5, 2026.
  • Failure to comply with instructions or deadlines, or failure to book an interview appointment, will be considered a waiver of the child’s right to apply.

Required Documents:

  • 12 recent personal photos of the child.
  • Original computerized birth certificate.
  • Completed application form for the academic year 2026/2027 (after filling in all required data).
  • All documents must be placed in an A4-sized file, with the child’s name clearly written on it.
