Conditions of Admission 2026/2027

  • (North Ismailia Administration – Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus) announces the opening of applications for KG1 for the academic year 2026 / 2027.
  • Applications will open on Sunday, 17/05/2026, and close on Sunday, 31/05/2026.
  • The child must be at least 5 years old and must not exceed 5 years, 11 months, and 29 days as of 01/10/2026.
  • Both parents must hold a university degree.
  • At least one parent must be proficient in English.
  • The child and parent/guardian must successfully pass the personal interview.
  • All data must be entered accurately. Please make sure to click “Submit” at the end of the form and wait until the upload is complete and the message “Your application is under review” appears.
  • The original computerized birth certificate must be presented on the interview day.
  • A copy of the valid national ID card for both father and mother must be uploaded.
  • A clear and certified copy of the university degree certificate for both parents must be uploaded.
  • A recent utility bill (electricity or gas) must be presented on the interview day as proof of residence.
  • For families living abroad: copies of the passport, visa, and residency documents must be submitted along with a signed and stamped approval letter.
  • In family-related cases: a copy of the educational guardianship ruling and divorce certificate or khul’ document must be provided.
  • Please follow the website and email regularly to check the status of the application and book the interview appointment.
  • Interview appointment booking will be available starting from June 1, 2026.
  • Failure to comply with the dates or instructions, or failure to book the interview appointment, will be considered a waiver of the child’s right to apply.

Required Documents:

  • Original computerized birth certificate + 2 photocopies.
  • A copy of the valid national ID card for both father and mother.
  • Expired ID cards will not be accepted.
  • A copy of the university degree certificates for both parents (with clear official stamps).
  • 12 recent passport-sized photos of the child with the child’s full four-part name written on them (computer-printed).
  • A recent utility bill (electricity or gas) as proof of residence.
  • In case the father or mother is living outside Egypt:
  • The following documents must be attached:
  • (copy of passport, latest exit visa, copy of residency permit) + a handwritten approval letter for the child’s enrollment in the school, signed with the national ID number and stamped by the workplace.
  • In case of family-related issues:
  • A copy of the educational guardianship ruling + divorce certificate or khul’ document must be attached.
